Huge property and the cheaper Zen section is actually the nicest, at least in term of the public areas. Service was outstanding, utterly faultless and the food was gourmet level and way above what you'd expect of an all-inclusive. Great location just a 5 minute taxi ride from Playa Del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in Playa del Carmen, checkin was fabulous with Luis (all staff were friendly and helpful), room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean - hotel is quite new and very tastefully decorated.
