Great Hotel. High level of quality and service throughout. Unfortunately we went in August and it should have been made clear that several restaurants within the hotel and the beach would be closed. They did provide a shuttle service to another beach but as these two things were a strong draw for booking here it was disappointing in the extreme. Definitely recommend but don’t go in August.

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel with our very young three children. We choose a two bedroom apartment for our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pools that surround the hotel are stunning, warm and some of them have sand for children to play with. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the East Crescent and some find it far from the city. It was perfect for us as we wanted to have more of a relaxed break. Free shuttle bus to Alantis and Dubai Marina Mall and can get the metro from there. Taxi’s are reasonable and we tended to get a taxi back at night. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening preferring to go out but we ordered bar snacks and they were good. Overall great stay, feels luxurious and staff are helpful and friendly.

With 3 children ranging from age 4 to teens, we find it difficult to find hotels which can accommodate us in a family suite. The Kempinski 2 bed room suite was very spacious and we all had a very enjoyable week. The service is excellent andq staff are very helpful. Food and drinks do seem rather expensive by UK standards in Dubai and the Kempinski is certainly no exception to this. But we very much enjoyed our two experiences at the new Beach Restaurant.

I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations.
