The resort is very nice, and the staff is very kind and helpful, both in the restaurants and common areas. I would like to address a special thank you and appreciation to Iana, the front desk manager, who was very cooperative and helpful, and thanks to her we had a very pleasant stay.

This property was above and far beyond anything I could have expected. The staff was amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. The resort has everything you could ever need. There really is no need to leave. The lagoon is open 24/7 which we loved. Room service is available 24/7. There is valet parking and the staff is always available to drive you to and from your room in the little golf cars. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal with everything you could ever think of as an option. I really can’t say enough about this resort. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we want to come back with our family. I can’t find one thing to complain about. Our time here was amazing!

Very nice

Resort was very clean all restaurants we used were spotless and food was lovely. Staff were amazing greeting you by name, service was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only 2 very minor issues. The air conditioning in the room is very loud but works well, take ear plugs. Room service, cleaning, towels or replacements every time they knocked one of us were in the shower or getting dressed ready for the evening meal so had to keep declining. We were only there 2 nights so not really a problem. The resort is beautiful and our swim up room was amazing. Take beach shoes as the sand is sharp. I will return on my next visit to Dubai.

Outstanding Service

This resort was clean & the staff cleaned our room so thoroughly. Every member of staff who took care of us in room , at breakfast or at the Mekong Restaurant were attentive & extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort for cleanliness & service .

This is such a wonderful place to visit. Overall stay was exceptional. They are all very welcoming. We went as family and they provided everything we had asked as we had a baby. They attended to our needs quickly. This place made a turn around for our Dubai experience. Great place for vacation to relax and enjoy the view. One of the best resorts. Friendly staff to luxury and well kept room and room service. One of a kind lagoon. We would love to thank them for making our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to another visit in future.

Our room was not ready at check-in, however after some discussion they gave us a family room instead, which was really good and our son enjoyed having his own room and tent. After the initial hiccup they really made up for it and we had a great time
