We loved it and the restaurant but for Friday night. We were on the 10th floor and the he music from the Event space on the 12th floor shock and pounded us till 4 am. If you like to sleep at night come here weeknights ONLY!

Lotte New York Palace
The room was nice, the bellman were very polite and accommodating;however, the front desk check in ladies were not welcoming or polite. The location of the hotel was very good, the staff approach was also very good, an institutional structure, which I can evaluate as a negative, the cleaning was not done very carefully, the console was to leave dust on the nightstand. DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Elevators are too slow for the high demand of people trying to get to their rooms or even leave the property. The staff was nice and the location is pretty accessible for trains stations around the area.
