"Rooms were clean and the staff were amazing with the room service. Downside is that this is a small resort, entertainment could be better."

"The highlight for us was the kid's club, which my five-year-old loved. The employees planned fun activities throughout the day and for families in the evenings that made our stay feel very special. We were very confident leaving our daughter in their care and she left bubbling with enthusiasm. We preferred eating at the restaurants compared to the buffet, but the best evening was the Mexican-themed night (every Saturday). The accomodations were very clean and comfortable and we were very pleased overall."

"Everything was great. The staff are exceptional. The food was good esp the Mexican restaurant. If you want it to be more quiet, avoid March as it will be full of college spring breakers"

"This property is starting to become dated. The noise levels are untolerable. Drunk people screaming at all hours. Although they say the Santa Fe is for the parties the people at this resort were very disrespectful. When I would advise the staff at the RIU they said there was nothing they could do. The food wasn’t too bad at all. "
