"The location is one of the best in Scottsdale. The staff is friendly and genuinely offers service with a smile- Marcella at the Front Desk, Cornelius in Azul Clubhouse, Brenda Lopez in housekeeping are an asset to the property. The breakfast has ample choices and the evening reception is an excellent place to have a few drinks which are on the house and interact with other guests. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Fashion Square and the eateries/shopping around old Scottsdale. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious although bedrooms and bathrooms are dated to the point they could be a deal breaker for some."

"We had a great time at this resort. We were able to enjoy the pool although the one for adults only was closed for renovations. Despite that, we enjoyed the other one. We will come back soon "

"Front desk staff were very friendly courtyard restaurant/bar was awesome, steak restaurant (Flemmings) onsite was awesome, another great restaurant the Fat Ox is right across the street. Hotel was clean and we loved the pool! "
