"Every room in the Coral building has a perfect view. We were very happy with the service and overall experience. The elevator is quite slow. The night life is also slow, possibly due to older clientele. The activities staff tried their best to liven things up, with mixed results. Perfect spot for a quiet, pampered stay."

"All areas of the hotel were nice and clean. All employees were smiling and ready to help. The restaurants have a wide variety of dishes for every palate. Pool was clean and daily activities provide good entertainment for eveyone. Nightlife entertainment like bars and shows offered enjoyable ways to spend the evening. Overall experience was excellent, however my room had a noticeable dusty wall. I left a note for the housekeeper requesting it to be cleaned but rhe issue was not addressed during my stay, this was the only downside. "

"The room was kept spotless. From the very beginning, the staff was absolutely amazing when our luggage was collected to the pool staff. Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting. Everyone was more than willing to help with anything we needed. If I have another return trip it will be to Fiesta American. Thank you for everything. "
