"The hotel itself was nice and the location near Trafalgar Square is excellent. However, we booked two rooms together and one was allocated in the Club Quarters wing requiring a long walk through fire doors and corridors, which was inconvenient for our group"

All the staff we interacted with were very efficient and professional and happy to help in whatever way possible. The hotel is within a short walking distance of Waterloo train station and a close walk to the Southbank and Westminster. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be going back."
