We had a lovely time staying at the Hoxton Southwark. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and exquisitely decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We dined at Albie and had drinks and dessert on numerous occasion at Seabird, each time better than the last. We will definitely be back during our next visit to London.

The whole Hoxton vibe is modern comfort, with high quality furnishings & gorgeous aesthetics all round. Considering the location my room was silent, not a bit of road noise - amazing for London! Love that there’s a co-working space joined on too, and super convenient for Waterloo Station

The staff at the Hoxton were friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious. (Roomy room) the decor was funky with lots of art and trendy touches. The only downsides were the other guests who were noisy with lack of thought when banging doors and chatting noisily in the corridors. Perhaps we were just unlucky.

I wouldnt stay here again. Very very compact rooms, vintage style, would suit students. Nice restaurant, and nice area but the rooms themselves are awful, the bed, and the space is so small and really cheaply designed. Nowhere to put a suitcase. It's hard to explain but the bed was so small and the mattress so soft it was actually really uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and had two really awful nights sleep. Dont be fooled by their 'decor' or 'style' the rooms are of very poor quality for what you pay. Maybe students would find it "cool". Not sure who else.
