Wonderful hotel, service was excellent, rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Location was was close to Trafalgar square, Piccadilly, Buckingham Palace, everything we wanted to see.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! On that note the staff here is WONDERFUL! We felt like literal royalty, all staff members were friendly, smiling, helpful! Honestly we were so happy with our stay we will never stay anywhere else in London!

Simply the best spot! In front of the London Eye, two corners of everything... Parliament, big ben, Westminster bridge and abbaye, horseguards parade and museum, doening street etc. So hot!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER📍🇬🇧 They always exceed our expectations… We got there really tired after a long flight but as soon as we got to the reception the staff smiles and attention to detail changed everything 🙌 and on top of that, Monalisa, the manager, sent us a complementary bottle of champagne with a lovely note “To make your day a little better”, that’s a 5 star service right there 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If you go to the restaurant for afternoon tea please ask for Olena, she is absolutely fantastic as well. Beautiful room with complimentary drinks and nespresso in the room. The shower had three adjustable heads and there’s a speaker in the bathroom so you could still hear the TV.

This was our 3rd visit staying at the Royal Horse guards Hotel. Just feel at home there. The ambience, rooms, views. Very welcoming and 2 tube station within a 5 minute walk.

Excellent Location, walkable to all central London sites with so many interesting restaurants and pubs nearby. Linens were top notch in the rooms, which were also very clean and attention to detail was given to every aspect of the room like a free usage of the minibar for the day which was re- stocked with waters and soft drinks again the next day.

Lovely location and property. Breakfast was awesome Main issue was state of room The bathroom had cracked tiles and missing grout along with a flaky ceiling over the bath. For the price I expect so much better. I told staff and they palmed me off saying they will pass on to maintenance but this is clearly repairs that have been needed for a long time.

The stay was ok The Issue I have is I have had 2 amounts debited on my C/C. One amount by Expedia and one with the hotel direct. I raised a complaint with Expedia,with all the relevant details. I was told they will contact the hotel direct and let me know. 1 week ago and still not heard back with any explanation or any sign of a refund. .

The Royal Horseguards is in a great location....very close to Embankment Tube station & a short walk from Trafalgar Square, St James' Park, Buckingham Palace & the West End theatres. Our room had plenty of space, but felt a bit old & tired. Whilst there was very warm underfloor heating in the bathroom, the rest of the room felt cold at times & there was some noise. Staff were very friendly. We didn't eat in.

This is an older property but kept up nicely. It was within walking distance to a lot of things including restaurants and historical landmarks. The staff was exceptional as well. The only thing that was bad was room service! I would strongly advise to not order and save your money. It tasted like something out of a box or can and was not even warm by the time it got to us. Other than that, everything met our expectations!
