My daughters(21, 19, 14) and I spent 4 nights here in May. Our room was spacious and clean. The tea biscuits were a tasty treat. The beds were large and comfortable, and the bedding/pillows were comfortable. The fridge was a huge bonus. We were very glad to have the robes/slippers, as the bathroom was TINY. It was nice to be able to throw on a robe and let the next person have a turn. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. However, my communications with the hotel indicated the possibility of a 2pm check-in, 3 at the latest. It was well after 4 before we got in our room. After a 15-hour travel day, the wait was tough. I do believe we would stay here again, but I would like to mention a few concerns...
1) I noticed the black glassware was very dirty. I realized that the air vent was FILTHY and blowing dirty air directly on the entire "kitchen" area.
2) There were no instructions for the espresso machine, and I had to scroll for a while on Google to find some. Also, the drinks produced were not very hot.
3) The room was so, SO dark and there was no lamp between the beds.
4) The conditioner bottle was filled with shampoo
5) Biggest gripe - This hotel touts itself as environmentally friendly. However, there was not a single place on site to recycle. Upon asking the staff, they said to throw everything in the trash. :(
The location was awesome, especially if you want to see some shows. It's also very close to multiple public transportation options.
