My daughters(21, 19, 14) and I spent 4 nights here in May. Our room was spacious and clean. The tea biscuits were a tasty treat. The beds were large and comfortable, and the bedding/pillows were comfortable. The fridge was a huge bonus. We were very glad to have the robes/slippers, as the bathroom was TINY. It was nice to be able to throw on a robe and let the next person have a turn. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. However, my communications with the hotel indicated the possibility of a 2pm check-in, 3 at the latest. It was well after 4 before we got in our room. After a 15-hour travel day, the wait was tough. I do believe we would stay here again, but I would like to mention a few concerns... 1) I noticed the black glassware was very dirty. I realized that the air vent was FILTHY and blowing dirty air directly on the entire "kitchen" area. 2) There were no instructions for the espresso machine, and I had to scroll for a while on Google to find some. Also, the drinks produced were not very hot. 3) The room was so, SO dark and there was no lamp between the beds. 4) The conditioner bottle was filled with shampoo 5) Biggest gripe - This hotel touts itself as environmentally friendly. However, there was not a single place on site to recycle. Upon asking the staff, they said to throw everything in the trash. :( The location was awesome, especially if you want to see some shows. It's also very close to multiple public transportation options. (character limit reached)

Property was very funky, complimentary sweets, popcorn and small selection of drinks in the mini bar. Loved the decor, great cocktails, swimming pool was big, walking distance to the theatre, Covent Garden and lots of restaurants. Suitable for families. Parked at Brunswick Square car park and this was good also.

Lovely room, comfortable bed and not noisy. Lighting wasn’t great for makeup etc but was aesthetically pleasing. We received cookies in the room and sweets when checking in, and there was popcorn which was a nice touch. Pool was fab. Only issue was the bar service, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our drinks and the staff were grumpy and avoided eye contact at all costs. But fortunately a new member of staff was there when we were paying the bill and was very apologetic and gave us a free drink and money off the bill which was appreciated

Good hotel but dissapointed that I didnt receive a room upgrade until I asked again the following day. This was because my welcome gift had been left in the room which turned out to be 3 cookies but the room itself was very small and had no windows that opened.

Great area. Was at most a 20 minute bus ride from everything we wanted to do. Walking to distance to Covent Garden, shows, cafes, Museum. So much to do! Staff was friendly and our room was lovely.

Staff slow in responding to problems. Took 1&1/2 hours to get a working TV remote on check-in. Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room. Free snacks were removed by someone & never replaced. Overall hotel is nice & in nice area w/short walk to bus/tube.

We loved it! 3 ladies--2 with mobility issues--were well cared for and accommodated at NYX!! Crazy cool vibe, super clean, attentive staff, great housekeeping--and great bars. Breakfast stands out! Best I've had in a hotel buffet--book it with your room! Shopping and dining option in short walking distance!

Loved staying at the NYX holborn for a quick London trip! The vibe is stylish and hip, and the on-site bar and restaurant is perfect especially if you arrive later in the evening. Convenient to cute restaurants, tube stop, and gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

The "Other" feature doesn't work on "What did you not like? I would not recommend this hotel and they are aware and compensated me some for their poor services. 1) They put us in the last room on the 3rd floor which is above the dumpsters and parking lot. They were not upfront about this at all. I found out that there was a lovely courtyard view which was quiet. 2) The thermostat broke the 2nd day we were there. It was fixed on the 3rd day, so having to report it 2x AND it wasn't fixed because it blew out cold air when we wanted heat. 3) The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel or motel for that matter. It was about 4 1/2 feet across and maybe 6" or 7" in length where the sink was, the shower was about 2" x 5". There was no counter space to put your toiletries. So, it was shocking. 4) So not surprisingly the room was pretty small and I booked a Supreme King. 4) This is a hotel for younger people, there was one dining and cocktail area and the music was loud 24/7 with thumping music. So you come back tired at night and you are greeted with this. 5) And because we were the last room on the floor, it was so inconvenient and confusing to get out of the room via stairs. So we used the elevator each time. 6) There were 2 days where housekeeping didn't give us washcloths or hand towels. And I had to ask for instant coffee packets and espresso. 7) The TV came on randomly the first few nights, even in the middle of the night!

Amazing location and friendly staff. Arrived way earlier than check in time but they were able to get us in our room no fuss. Easy walk from Euston station and central to everything. Only issue was with the shower as it was weak pressure and very slow to warm up. Would stay again!

The hotel is in a convenient and central location. It was one of the few properties in the area with two beds to accommodate a family of four. Although the room was on a small side - to be expected in London. It was a good option for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers convenient proximity to some good restaurants and easy access to public transportation. It’s an ideal base for exploring Soho’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene. I didn’t interact with from desk, as the Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, although I didn’t need much assistance from the front desk. , the lobby staff, particularly Lorena, provided excellent service during our meal. However, the pillows were uncomfortable for my taste, and the bathroom in our specific room (513) was quite small—though I can’t speak for other rooms. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Great value. We loved the location for its walk ability to Covent Gardens and SOHO. Cute cafes nearby as well. The room was clean and sound proof from other guests. Some sirens go by so maybe bring earplugs. The bed was super comfortable. The amenities are great, have a pool and sauna plus a restaurant onsite. We were happy to have this as our home base while in London.

Beautiful artsy London hotel
Thank you to Ahmed for a lovely warm welcoming. This hotel is gorgeous. I absolutely loved the decor and the pool area is beautiful. Gym was clean and so were the changing rooms. The temperature of the sauna and steam was exactly how professionally it should be. I had a beautiful time here and would love to stay again.

This is a lovely central hotel with great service, excellent breakfast and overall, really good value for money.
