I wish we would stay here more as the place is spotless and close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. For travelers coming from Heathrow this is a great spot as the Elisabeth Line 11 min away.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom needs some upgrading. The breakfast was decent and the young lady who took care of the tables was very nice efficient. The hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and most importantly, close to one of the tube stations. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again :)

The room was huge, which was great for my 3 daughters and who were on a 10 day 4 country adventure. We were able to open our suitcases and still had plenty of room to walk around. The location was quiet. It was a little further from the sights we wanted to see.

A lovely, inexpensive boutique hotel in a charming London neighborhood. Near Hyde Park, Bayswater Tube, and Paddington train station, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and moderately priced - a terrific value. Kuldeep and MK were very helpful. I needed to print documents and store luggage, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this spot.

Really enjoyed our short stay (we stayed for 2 nights due to work). Only problem was that the wall isn’t very soundproof (we could hear next door’s mumbles but thankfully neighbours are as courteous). Housekeeping daily and clean overall.

Very small rooms, but cleaned every day. The hotel was quiet and safe. We had one issue with leaking from the shower above us and it was promptly addressed. It was a reasonable distance from the Paddington station - a little challenging to get an Uber. But overall, I do not regret choosing it as my budget friendly place to atay

Staff friendly. No lift and my room on 3rd floor. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. When I used the keycard for extra lights in the room, a box above the head of the bed, on the wall, emitted a low 'buzz like noise that went on for hours. I didn't sleep due to this. Only BBC1 n 2 really worked properly, the other channels had interference.

Small good value room, good value breakfast.
I stayed in a single room. Not very big and abit hot. There was a fan though, Slept very well in a comfy bed. Really enjoyed the breakfast. It is very good value.

Excellent, comfortable hotel
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and good size room. I had room B03 in the basement which was so quiet. Absolutely perfect and I would be happy to stay again and recommend to anyone. It was 5 mins walk to the Bus at Lancaster Gate and 10 mins easy walk from Bayswater tube. Charming staff. I didn't actually have breakfast but it is available.

Don’t know where to begin, love this place!! Staff was very friendly, allowed us early check in, helped with our luggage and housekeeping cleaned every single day!! Would most definitely recommend staying here as it is close to all the station, plenty of dining options, and we have an overall great experience!!

Good stay, a few improvements needed
Easy check-in and clean. All was well, they just need to get a lift as going up 4 floors can be tiresome especially if one has bags. The sound proofing needs to be improved as I could hear guy in room next door snoring!! And stairs need to be refurbished and evened out.

A comfortable stay
Nice hotel in a grand terrace just by Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Looks recently decorated and is in good order throughout. Splendid staircase. Only criticism is that it lacks a lift and we were on the top floor. Otherwise great. Quiet.

No parking. Hotel.com lie!
The details on hotels.com said parking was available. The booking confirmation said parking was available. This hotel has No parking. The reception said they had no idea why hotel.com said they did. I had to leave the car with all my daughter’s belongings for her return to university in a very dodgy nearby public car park. This cost £32 overnight and a sleepless night worried all her valuables would be stolen. Very very poor from hotel.com and / or the hotel

This was a nice stay for two nights, I probably would stay here again because the prices to stay for so many nights are quite reasonable considering it’s in a very trendy area as well I suppose. The only problem I had was mainly with the room having a bit of mould at the top of the door leading into the washroom, also when booking the room through the Expedia app it showed me pictures of the room that I would be supposedly be staying in; it looked like I would of had a single room with windows leading out onto some nice scenery, but I was put in one of their single rooms down in the basement/ cellar, underground whatever you would call it. I can’t moan to much because it was a pleasant stay, the staff were very welcome!

Great location and in a very nice area. I chose this area because of all the food options and its proximity to Hyde Park. The room was more spacious than I was expecting and overall clean and comfortable. But what made the stay was the staff. They were hospitable, friendly, and attentive. Due note there is no lift at the moment so if stairs are in issue then try to get a ground or first floor room, but I was told a lift is in the plans.

Very basic, sleep, shower, drop your luggage. Very clean bathroom/shower. The two single beds had no space between, because room so small. Close to Baywater or Paddington tube stations. Lots of restaurants ans pubs around.
