"Location! Signage! If you arrive at Terminal 2, there is one tiny sign to the Aerotel directing you outside. Once outside there is nothing more. To find the hotel you must know it is in Terminal 3. Nothing to do with Terminal 2. So take the lift and follow the signs to Terminal 3. It's a long walk, but there are signs. Once there check-in was easy and the room was fine.
