I showed up to check in at 9pm after driving 6 hours. The place was shut down. No notification whatsoever. I had to spend an extra $200 to find a last minute hotel. I saw mattresses in the dumpster so I assume they had bed bugs. I can't believe they are still taking reservations.

Wreaks of neglect
The best parts about the room were the mini-fridge and microwave both worked. However the microwave was not clean, the bedsheets were not clean, and the lamp had no shade, just two bare bulbs. Most of the room's electrical outlets did not work. Not that I went there to swim, but the outdoor pool was dry and stained. The Coke vending machine had a sign telling you to purchase beverages in the office. A sign promised free coffee, but the person in the office said that had been discontinued due to COVID.

The bed was comfortable. The room was predictably spartan and completely devoid of any decoration. In short, it was utilitarian and served my overnight needs.

When I got to the office, the door was locked, and no one answered my knocks. The office person was apparently helping another employee who was apparently cleaning a room. The office person did say she would come soon, and she did, within a few minutes. She was friendly, and did everything right once we started the check-in. The sidewalks of the motel and parking lot were dirty. The room itself was clean, except for some smell of cigarette smoke. I had selected a non-smoking room on the site, but was given a room that the smell of cig smoke. The room did not have a chair at the desk, so I had to sit on the bed to use my laptop for work. Then I tried sitting on a small piece of furniture in the back left corner. Both were uncomfortable to use. I think the air purifier needs a new filter and cleaning. On the left side of the bed, there were two sockets that did not work. I did not have any desire to use a swimming pool, but I saw that it was dry, and there was trash in the bottom, including a large, dead bird. The staff should at least clean the pool bottom so it doesn't look bad. When I checked out, the young man was friendly, and did everything right. Apparently, the Motel 6 is struggling to stay in business. I hope that the owners will invest some money to take care of these problems.

There were no chairs, no garbage can, the shower curtain was held up with a ditty towel, the towel rack was broken, the door didn't seal, basically a poor choice on our part. The pool and several of the upper rooms were yellow taped off. And not any extra towels, or wash clothes, the place was falling apart.

Room was in horrible condition, bathroom was dirty. Floors were cracked and did not seem clean. Front desk staff was rately available, always out “patrolling the property”. They did not seem to care about our concerns.

Most Filthy room I've ever stayed in.....!
Crumbs in the bed. Sheets very dingy, and wrinkled. Toilet paper have used. Sink and bathtub extremely nasty and painted over or something. Small curly hair in bed when I pulled the sheets back. Smell was strong and very bad! I'm sleeping in the car! Stains all over the sheets!

To pricey for trash
The motel was dirty... inside and out... toilet did not flush... bed sheets were stained. Hair on the bathroom floors. Room smiled likes cigarettes smoke even though there was a no smoking signs. zero stars sorry

Absolutely horrible, flushed toilet and it wasn’t sealed. Water shot out everywhere on the floor. Concrete steps broken leading up stairs to room. Hard to find motel, claimed to be Motel 6, but sign said otherwise. Front desk didn’t seemed concerned, claimed place was under construction but the reality is they shouldn’t be renting these rooms out.

This motel six was a palling, bugs in the room no maid service, trash in the parking lot, pool, empty stagnant on the deep end, full of trash, cans, diapers, no maid service, no TV other than three news channels into Hispanic channels! It was a motel six supposedly, but there is no outside advertisement that shows it as a motel six! They call themselves the Lake Mead motel. I do not recommend this place for anybody. The price I paid per night was outlandish! Do not, and I mean do not ever stay at that hotel! Extremely dissatisfied customer!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Everything was in disrepair and the room was filthy. Hotels.com should consider dropping them as a partner.

overall good experience
it wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed in but for the price it worked great. close enough to the activities I wanted to do but not overly crowded. if i have another event I'm going to Vegas for, would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was wonderful! The room had clean sheets and towels but the floor wasn’t great and lots of dust on the night stand. Surprisingly quiet and we had a great view of the Strip in the distance. Could use a tube up and refresh for sure. But staff did their best!!

This place was filthy! The whole upper floor was roped off, the pool was empty and full of garbage as was the parking lot. Broke blinds were hanging from the window - it should be closed - worse place we have EVER stayed

Very expensive room for a two day stay. In my opinion, way over priced for the quality of room. We ordered a deluxe room with a microwave and a refrigerator. Room did not have either. They did bring a refrigerator about an hour after I complained. There wasn't a chair for sitting in the room. Asked for one and they did bring one after about 1 1/2 hours. While watching TV, a small wall mounted unit, it fell off the wall. Manager brought another TV. It was larger and base mounted. House keeping never cleaned the room at all. Overall opinion, very high priced for a mediocre room.

Guest checked in room # 103 they asked to be moved because they said the room smelled like cigarrete . i checked the room and there was no smell I am a non smoker i can smell cigarrete. I moved the guest to #114 at 6:25 pm before moving the guest i walked with him and i showed him several rooms he walked the room throughly and inspected the room before he put his belongings. The guest came back at 9pm and said the room was dirty 2 hrs and 40 min. after the check in time .. to make the guest happy she asked for a refund and front desk gave her a refund .
