Remodeled rooms had fresh paint and some new furnitures but the bathrooms were not updated at all and are in terrible condition. Half of the main pool was closed due to employees calling out sick or not showing up to work. Everyday the water slides didn’t open until early in the afternoon. Employees were rude and disgruntled. Many of the owners were complaining about this resort over the weekend. I’ve stayed here before and always had a good experience with the Diamond Resorts. Hilton and their employees have turned this resort into an undesirable place to stay. After this terrible experience I don’t think my family will be coming back to this resort anymore.
Property was great. Healthier food options for elderly and soft foods. Need to have a fully staffed pool area and the sliding area speacially during the holidays.

Staff is great. Hotel room is clean. Food is good. A lil more healthier options would be appreciated or soft foods for elderly. My parents were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool with the chair assistance. However, some pools and slides were closed, which was disappointing because it was memorial day weekend which I believe should be fully staffed.

Why was most of the pool closed down? Being Memorial Day weekend the pool had a lot of people it would have been nice for it to be opened completely. More activities at the resort would have been nice too.

Not too far from the south end of the strip but Ubers can be expensive at times. Would have been nice to have a shuttle like other resorts located on the south. Room could use an update, pullout couch needs to either be deep cleaned or replaced. Not a bad place for the cost.
Absolutely love the property but the pool amenities were limited. Pool slide hours need to be communicated to guest at check in as well as the room service times.
The room and property were amazing. The kitchen floor wasn’t cleaned. They sent someone up and he cleaned it. The rest of the stay was amazing. Will be back for sure
The stay was great. It had a kitchen and balcony. Laundry was free. Pool was spacious. There were also water slides and hot tubs. It was nice to stay outside of the strip. Quiet and peaceful.
I really liked the pool & my room was amazing . I arrived and my room was not ready , I patiently waited and when my room was ready they gave me wrong directions to my room . Had to walk around for half an hour trying to locate my room . When I finally arrived to my room they gave me the wrong keys . I called & told me to wait but it was faster for me to come back to the lobby and get them myself . I asked for help with my luggage at least for the inconvenience. No one ever came . I parked closer to my room & did it myself . There were stains on my bed sheets . I liked the two bedrooms inside one room & I liked the kitchen but for the 900$ that I paid I would have appreciated some hospitality.
I loved everything I about this property . They Staff and the manger on Thursday night 5/16 was amazing I wish I could remember their names but they were great such a big help and very welcoming.
Discovered bed bug in the foldable sofa bed. The facility is a scammy time share center and they try to sell you into a lifetime subscription of $1000s per year

Will not recommend. Dirty floor dirty dishes dirty couch dirty patio. Everything old inside the room. Old couch. Old floor. Old dishwasher old fridge old stove. Room needs update. Room needs extra lightning too especially in the dining and living room area. Will not going back again.

Great stay, neighbors were loud and some amenities didn’t work. Overall we’d come back since these are easy fixes or out of property’s control!

Very nice for the price i had the 2bd with twin beds and king bed slept 5 people comfortably pool was nice and clean we had a full kitchen and a grocery store was nearby saved us on having to spend tons of money on eating out very quiet surrounding area

I feel your check out time is very early, I’m use to check out time being at least 11:00am. At your property the check out time is 10am, when I asked about a late check out it would only be extended until 10:30am without a charge. Going forward I will make sure to ask about check out times prior to booking.
