"Clean room, staff were nice, plenty of amenities available, parking is convenient. Our room was on the 1st floor and it became extremely noisy at night & early mornings. Made it difficult to sleep. "

"You should have gone the extra mile and put in operable windows. Existing sre so old Polishing lobby floors st 7 to 9 pm is horrible. It's impossible to sit at bar and hays drink One elevator is not enough for a 10 story hotel. "

"Pros: Hotel room is clean, great location, beach is just behind the hotel. Cons: I had high expectation from this resort as it is a “Hilton” hotel. Customer service was mid. I asked for extra duvet/comforter since the blanket we had was really thin. It wasn’t given to us until the next day after we asked the third time. "

"The partial oceanview room is literally a little peek of the ocean..not worth the extra money. The breakfast is horrible you get toast and cereals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The door to our room didnt close right so we had to slam it going and coming."

"Nice staff- a bit worn/outdated. A lot of the spa amenities (sauna/steam) were closed due to being broken- we stayed and paid more at Nobu vs ER for the spa privileges and they closed earlier than posted. Did not get any Expedia platinum upgrades, even though the hotel was very empty. "
