"Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!"

Staff were ok but hospitality was not exceptional and they were sometimes slow to react when things were busy. Great Japanese restaurant with lovely staff and food with no booking needed. Blu Bar was overpriced and not good value. Overall a very good stay and would recommend."
