EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel. Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

A wonderful stay at a new hotel. The rooms were super clean, airy and had a great view. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. Nothing was too much trouble to cook fresh items for you. The pool is also worth visiting for a dip and a relax. The staff certainly made the experience. They were all friendly and helpful. The club room was nice and clean and tidied every day with the mini fridge restocked with complimentary soft drinks. The staff were great, there to help.
