"It is a private property, I did not expect that there isn't any reception. The security would not help you to get into the apartment. You need to contact the owner. They are trying to be nice and helpful. The property is relatively modern, well maintained, nice and safe for family trip or a group of people."

"Had a KL staycation to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. Check-in was smooth and the staff were really friendly. The room was spacious, neat, and clean. Only downside was having to wait a bit longer for the lift. Location is great—close to KLCC and surrounded by shopping malls. Perfect for anyone who enjoys city vibes. Next time will bring my family come back again !"
