"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it."

"Let's take the pros first. Both hosts I met were very welcoming and helpful. The wifi is somewhat ok. But that's it! Mildly put, the place needs renovation. The list of things that are bad there is too long to list here. The previous reviews cover them pretty well.
