EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!

Very good hotel in the heart of the city.

Perfectly situated, you can walk to so many places including the night food market without the noise of the main road. The rooms was clean and with all that's needed. The staff was really helpful and professional. The swimming pool was definitely a nice ad-on considering the weather.

This is the second time i stayed wiith the hotel. Reason...its because of its location and not to mention it's service and staffs are all wonderful. Room are big with all required amenities. Felt like I was staying in my own flat. This hotel is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of KL. Walking distance to major attraction, shopping mall. Close to monorail, lrt statio as well as the famoues Jalan Alor. Definitely will be no 1 choice . Thank you for making my stay a great one.,...

Had an amazing stay at WOLO Kuala Lumpur as a solo-traveler. Everything felt smooth and stylish. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Bukit Bintang, steps away from Pavilion Mall, the MRT, great cafés, and all the energy of the city. My room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and great lighting. We had a very nice stay at the Park Royal Collection. Well located with really friendly and helpful staff.

all the staff are very nice and polite. spacious room. great location with a lot of shops around but road traffic in the area is bad. toilet flush can be stronger.

Room was lovely and had everything you could need

It would be easier to list what wasn’t so good about the hotel as there are so many positives. First and foremost, service was impeccable. At no time do you think any of the staff are being put out by requests, reception are always responsive often going above and beyond, cleaning, waitering and general hospitality was second to none. My family and I had an amazing time at The Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hao Ting, (Head of Operations for the Front Office department) was so helpful, with everything, nothing was too much, he helped us with getting a connecting room, as our son has severe learning disabilities and we needed him to feel safe. Had to queue for lifts every time up to 15 mins

Excellent locafion, remeber to be on 12th floor or higher for noise from bars, pool has no sun after noon

Met by Lisa who showed me to my apartment and took my deposit. Explained the apartment and I had three happy nights here. Very well placed in central KL. Great balcony too.
