3 nights stay at Hotel Royal KL

Good location near monorail and subway line. Opposite Sungei Wang Plaza and next to Lot 10 Mall. Nearby is the Pavilion shopping centre. Plenty of food to choose nearby. Room is nice and clean. However, toilet area needs a bit upgrading. Would be nice if can provide a hand towel instead of just bath towels, as basin area can be wet after using the tap.

Staff were nice and helpful. The room was exactly what I needed during my stay. Breakfast each morning on Level M was delicious and filling. Convenient location to Bukit Bintang Station, shops and dinning around the area.

location was awesome. 2 minutes from 2 different train line stations. surrounded by malls and eateries. room is clean but old. carpets are tearing in corners, walls are stained, sheets are clean, but pillows and mattress are OLD and stained.

Locations unbeatable. However the shower had no hot water during the whole stay, even after several request to fix the problem (Room 1814 ). So I had to use the shower at the pool. (3rd floor)

I didn’t like that there isn’t a free parking lot for me to park my car. I have to pay RM20 for the valet service and for a 4 star hotel, I expect the parking to be free. In addition, I found my car have several scratches on the side and the bonnet. I would expect for a 4 star hotel, the staffs will take better care of the guest’s properties as well. Consider covering each car with a car protector. This will surely increase my future confidence with the hotel.

Don’t bother you can do better

Well the stay was less than good the No Smoking policy didn’t seem to apply if you were Chinese, Korean, Japanese, the cleaning staff would apologise for the smell all through the corridors when these peoples rooms were opened, and run around with air freshener trying to get rid of the smell. So very disappointed and it is a fire danger. And if you want breakfast be prepared for everything to be cold, as all the meals in the morning were straight from the fridge, and most mornings they would forget to turn on the heating elements until it was brought to their attention that the food was cold, I just went out in the mornings for breakfast. I would suggest save your money and go outside. And have a breakfast you can at least enjoy.

It was a little noisy at night because it was close from the big street. Because it faced the street. The swimming pool was wide and fabulous! Also the morning buffet was so so, but I wish there were more selections. Location was convenient.

何しろ立地が最高です。コスパもよいし、9階でしたが部屋からの景色は高層タワーが3つとも見えるので素晴らしかったです。観光中は、途中でホテルで一休みして、再度スタートをしたので、疲れを取ったり着替えたりととても便利でおすすめです。

モノレール等の駅からも近くショッピングモール側にあるため移動するのにとても便利でした。スタッフも荷物の移動を手伝ってくださったり親切でした。また泊まりたいです。
