"Clean room and extremely helpful staff"

"Not my first time in this hotel but the check in service is always slow. Long wait and room allocation issues. Wonder it the system or the staff but it always long wait compared to other hotels from my experience. "

The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again. "Everything was great the room was clean the staff were awesome. I used grab for my ride which was very convenient I don’t think they had an airport shuttle. My only issue is the tv did not have really good channels compared to the other hotels I stayed at and I had a hard time adjusting the a/c temperature "

"Superb hotel, amazing welcome from the moment you step out of the taxi. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and excellent quality bed linen. Great food in the restaurant, try the afternoon tea a very British feel to the service. Can’t fault this hotel, well apart from the lukewarm tea at breakfast."

"Excellent breakfast, fresh variety of vegetarian breakfast every day. We had a double room suite for a family of 4 with all amenities which was cleaned and amenities refreshed every day. Although our family suite did not lack anything, the suite itself required a bit of updating and modernisation in terms of decor. Bathroom had a leaky tap. Despite this, everytime we asked for something, it was attended to immediately by staff. The hotel itself was attached to the Berjaya shopping centre with a full array of restaurants which was really helpfull. Grab point for cabs was,also at our doorstep. Would have given 5 stars, but just our room decor was a bit behind the times and definitely needed updating. The only other negative was that we were not told beforehand by expedia that the buffet breakfast would be vegetarian. This didn't bother us too much as there was plenty of variety, but it would've been nice to have known this beforehand."
