It was a pleasant property but there was nothing exceptional that comes to mind.
Location is perfect. Just within the hotel, they have a pretty big mall with tons of restaurants, shopping outlets, and an indoor amusement park. Food at the hotel was so so and not for the westernized tongue.
Nice central hotel close to malls and the city centre. The room is a bit older so could do with a refresh but not bad
Ok hotel for its reputation. Nothing out of the ordinary.
It has the best location, this is my second visit to the hotel since 14 years. They did not change much , I fell it bit old. Breakfast was average. The service is excellent
My room at level 30, facing KLCC. Wonderful view. Hotel has very good location, excellent amenities and customer service.
Check out look a lot of time
Close to station. Easy check in. Big rooms. Good breakfast
Definitely a 4 star hotel, great location at the Ibis stop on the monorail, walking distance to Jalan Alor, Chinatown, and Central Market, and Twin towers
