Clean modern room, Fantastic staff, Amazing view

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were very welcoming and friendly.Allthe staff had lots of advice to give us abd heped us anyway they could .We would highly recommend it to anyone

Clean and modern. Lovely staff. We had a power cut during our stay which meant no breakfast first morning. We were only there two nights. Breakfast the next day was so good, we were even more disappointed that we’d missed it the day before. The only negatives I would say is that no reparations were made for missing breakfast and the air conditioning was not very cold. Apart from that, it was great.

Very good hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel was great. Breakfast had excellent choices for everyone, we stayed 4 nights and had different items every day. Location suited us very well, next to main Chinatown area, plenty of restaurants, though mostly chinese of course! Walked to some sights, and Grab very reasonable to get around further. We'd recommend, and definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Spacious rooms with good size tv with a few English channels. Bottled water supplied every day. Dish washing liquid and cloths supplied, didn’t use the dish washer. Powder supplied for the washing machine. Taxis outside the door were very cheap. Lovely pool.

Great location, close to the MRT and LRT lines and the Petronas Towers. Located in a shopping mall this allows easy access to shopping under one roof. Fantastic for a weekend break in this amazing city.

I would highly recommend the Pavilion Hotel. Huge room with a lovely shower, fantastic pool, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Perfectly situated, you can walk to so many places including the night food market without the noise of the main road. The rooms was clean and with all that's needed. The staff was really helpful and professional. The swimming pool was definitely a nice ad-on considering the weather.

Apartments were amazing, all you could need. Roof Top pool was amazing, breakfast was basic. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is very very clean and comfortable. It's located in the centre of KL, close to all the main attractions. The suite I was in had amazing views of the KL skyline. The infinity pool was brilliant. The only down point is the staff who can sometimes be unhelpful and unhospitable.

This is the second time i stayed wiith the hotel. Reason...its because of its location and not to mention it's service and staffs are all wonderful. Room are big with all required amenities. Felt like I was staying in my own flat. This hotel is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of KL. Walking distance to major attraction, shopping mall. Close to monorail, lrt statio as well as the famoues Jalan Alor. Definitely will be no 1 choice . Thank you for making my stay a great one.,...

Had an amazing stay at WOLO Kuala Lumpur as a solo-traveler. Everything felt smooth and stylish. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Bukit Bintang, steps away from Pavilion Mall, the MRT, great cafés, and all the energy of the city. My room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and great lighting. The window view added a lovely touch, and the soundproofing was excellent despite being in such a lively area. Housekeeping kept...

Clean, great location, good price. Kids loved it.

Across the road from KL Twin Towers and easy access to taxis. Good room facilities, kitchen utensils and also ironing. Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel. Lovely view from pool of KL 360 tower and also KL Twin Towers. Buffet breakfast was limited. We didn't have time to have lunch or dinner there. Airport shuttle bus fare is expensive (double in comparison to Uber fare) Spa was great, however our appointment was rescheduled on 3 occasions.
