"Didn't realize we had to make contact prior to checking in. Security were very helpful. . Great location as close to public transport. Older rooms so were dated. No tea/coffee provided "

"It was an amazing stay at this property, "Rainbow Suites At Times Square". The location was great. The swimming pool was on level 15th which was very big. There was a big shopping mall in the middle of the hotel. The host was so amiable."

"Property is located near the lift, amazing views, decent facilities. But no amenities like coffee, tea etc provided, barely there utensils. Water leaking in faucets, tv channels next to none, a/c not so cold anymore, shiwer water draining all over toilet floor. Phone number listed is wrong & so non-responsive."
