"Property doesn’t have its own breakfast place. The restaurant is without AC and open to all. Limited food options and crowded. Bathroom shower is bad, hardly any water. Clean towels but perhaps reused too much."

"The hotel is luxurious. Perfectly captures the colonial vibe. The staff, especially at check-in, did not seem to match the luxury feel of the hotel. There is no sense of welcoming the guests, and at times showing annoyance at the guests because they couldn’t navigate their own front desk system. Also, my Marriot points were not granted after checking with the front desk 3 times. And it’s still been 1 month now. On the topic of asking things 3 times, I had to also pester the front desk for a sofa bed to be set up in my parents’ room with my sister. They took 3 hours and constant pestering. They had assumed I did not pay for a 3rd guest. I had to prove it via Expedia. For a luxury hotel, this information should’ve been captured when I paid for everything upfront. Great hotel, not so great staff."

"I cannot thank Hilton staff Ida Irdina, Clift and the concierge team for their help. During this stay, I left my injection med in fridge and left Malaysia. I called Hilton and the staff immediately found it in fridge and put it in safe chilling place. I came back today and got the med on time. Thank you so much!"

"Air condition was weak and lacks adjustment. We were only provide with a single key card where we left in the power slot to keep the AC running while we are out. Staffs were kind enough to let us in if we needed access to the room. Overall the stay was good with easy access to all rail services. Would stay again if we are back in KL. "

"New hotel, loved the modernness and toilet with bidet. Wish I had a room with a better view. Concierge was not able to book the city tour for any attraction or thy dint offer. Centrally located, close to Pateonas Tower, value for money."

"Great location if you plan to use the railway system, right next to Kl Sentral station, a short walk within the buildings. Next to the Sentral Mall, food galore everywhere you look. A huge spread buffet breakfast, great value. Only downside is that the slightest noise outside can be heard through the door. Maybe a good insulation around the door can help. "
