Nice hotel, located close to shopping malls. Do note there there are Residences and Hotel and that they are walking distance away from each other.

Room service was excellent. Food was good, the service was very good, they engaged my young daughter when she ask "where's the food"? Did a magic trick for her and presto the food came out from under neath the carriage.
This hotel is adjacent to one utama shopping complex. Makes it easier for me to go shopping at night without having to think about driving & finding a parking.
