The concierge staff were excellent. They were very helpful, personable, had excellent local & tourist site knowledge. Considerate to all.
However, the women on the switchboard need further training on general information and good manners.

I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel.
Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

My husband and I visited KL for 3 nights and sadly my husband got food poisoning before we got there and on top had a very long and unfortunate journey. After the exhausting day we arrived at renaissance and was immediately greeted by such lovely doormen/security.
I then went to check in and the service at the front desk was so smooth and professional. I mentioned my husband was unwell and they just went the extra mile to make us especially my husband comfortable. They gave us all the advice...

It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic
The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable
The service by the staff is as good as anywhere I’ve been
Great pool area with fab views of the towers

Every thing I liked except pillows choices didn’t meet my requirements. I prefer thinner pillows rather than bulky.

EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots.
Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed.
The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too.
Thank you!

Good location. Executive club staff & facilities recommended. Pool area excellent. Only downside is that contractors have left floors and windows in a poor state. Nasty dirty streaks on most windows and adhesive stains on tile floors makes floors look as if they are ready for a refurb. not just 6 months old. Such a shame as this is not the fault of Four Seasons.

Amazing staff, friendly and warm. Room was large and felt luxurious. The bug bath a real treat. Breakfast was quite poor, but dinner the night before was spectacular. The jazz singer and trumpeteer were exceptional and oozed decadence, and sohistication. As a younger guy, it was easy to appreciate what the hotel is trying to achieve. It really succeeded in making you feel special and welcome. Exceptional place.
