"It was a special request where I requested for a comp upgrade because of special occasion, the told me they are sold out but still selling room in website. Been to lot of 5 star properties got disappointed this one. Stay was wonderful, breakfast was great."

"Excellent place, hasn’t changed a bit in the 3.5 years since we were last there (sometimes hotels degrade; not this one). Killer breakfast with lots of buffet options and out of buffet to order (free!) options. Room are huge and clean. Ask for a higher floor to get a better view and quieter room. There was some construction when we were there but the noise was small and it was 8-6."

"Booked this hotel for partens as this was close to the US consulate. The overall experience was not good. Rooms - Bedsheets were not clean, coffee cups in the room has stain marks. Floor and toilets were not clean. Hotel - Overall lacked cleaniness Staff - Not helpful or polite. Always looking for tips. Stay away from this hotel."
