"I was picked up at the airport by the hotel. Cheap and easy. Checkin was super easy and they let me checkin early. The bed was super comfortable that I fell asleep right away. The room itself was so spacious, clean and had great amenities. They had tons of water bottles in the room which was great. I went to their lounge for drinks, it was pricey but service was excellent. Checkout was also very quick and easy. Overall great experience and perfect for a solo female traveler. "

Ankit from the concierge team was particularly great, offering helpful assistance throughout my stay. The room was spacious, and the cleaning team went the extra mile by surprising my kids with towel animals every day. "I loved my week long stay at the JW. The breakfast buffet is eclectic with both western and eastern options. What I loved most was the diverse crowd who didn’t seem to all be in Mumbai for tourism. Compared to the Taj Mahal Hotel, the JW seemed to have guests who are truly there to vacation and relax with family or friends. I personally loved that aspect about this hotel. The energy was exciting but also relaxing and peaceful. There were a few bugs in my room that the staff helped clean when I requested but other than that, the rooms were cozy, clean and had everything you would need. The pool area is beautiful with a child friendly area. The staff was top notch and not too overbearing. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Mumbai. "
