Search Hotels with Room Service in West Bengal

"This time experience was not good. Room thas allotted for the same price 15 days ago was half the size. No latch on the room door. The lock also didn't work. So, lived in a room that could not be locked from outside. For room upgrade,the answer was difference between rack rate and what I paid through hotels.com. Even the commission amount was not offered in the offset price. One set of front staff is good,another is purely commercial. In all I may not stay here in future"

"My stay was good & safe. Food in room dining was great ordered couple of times. But lobby/front desk so many staff walking around but you’re waiting to get things done like had to wait for my luggage after checkout & I had to leave for airport but staffs are very polite & felt safe throughout. I will come back for sure & will recommend my family abroad."

"While convenient for access to the city, the immediate area is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel, while it provides all that is needed, is a little 'tired' as to its decor. But, the in-house 'pure veg' restaurant and bar is excellent, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. It may not be 5* but gets an A from me. "

"The revelation was the roof terrace restaurant and cocktail bar on the 10th floor. Fabulously cooked Indian menu, good cocktails and an eagle that swooped around the top of the building in search of pigeon."
