We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. "We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me.
