"This is a very convenient location for flights out of terminal 2. The rooms are like any other Hilton. However we didn't have a great experience because the AC was broken in our room so it was far too hot sleeping as there are no windows to open."

"The pillows are soooo soft and lovely. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the staff are so welcoming and professional. And, the location is fantastic!! Although the hotel no longer has a shuttle service; You can catch the 111 or 105 bus from the Heathrow bus station and get off at New Road stop and you are about 50 meters from the driveway to the Sheraton Staybridge. But the BEST part was their kindness in keeping our heavy luggage as “left luggage” whilst we visited family and friends in London. It truly was a gift the hotel gave us to not have to drag our luggage around and best of all to have it at our hotel when we arrived back tired and ready to check in for a good nights sleep. I certainly will stay here again if I’m ever on a long layover at LHR or catching a morning plane. "

"The Moxy was an exceptional airport hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel had a surprisingly large lounging area in the first floor. I would recommend this airport hotel if you don’t have many bags as it is a bit of a commute from the airport by public transportation (bus)."
