"The issue for me was the language barriers. I am fluent in English.....but the staff were all foreign. They just dont grasp out culture. On saying that (in English), they were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fine, a bonus. Room small, but hey ho. The shower cubicle was extremely slippery, take care. Terminal 5 to hotel, £25. Ouch. Next door is a bowling alley. A wee bonus. Food and drink available and various other activities. The hotel next to that had a Sky Bar, well worth a visit. It also had a rooftop Indian restaurant PK or similar. It was excellent."
