Clean, comfortable room, located close to airport (there is a free bus from the airport), good breakfast, room had everything I needed and more.

The hotel is okay. Few minutes far from the airport. There isn’t any free shuttle from and to the airport. You have three options public bus, airport bus for a 6 pounds fee (It stops to others hotel before getting to the airport) or taxi.

I really enjoyed my night at this property. The only issue I had was the little I for regarding the shuttle service. I knew there was a shuttle service but had I known that the shuttle goes around to various other hotels before taking you to the airport (about half hour), I would have planned to leave the hotel earlier than the time I left. I'm used to the shuttle service taking you directly from the hotel to the airport. And it would have been great to know this wasn't the case with this service. So make sure to check your timing and leave earlier to avoid having to rush when you're at the airport. Other than that, I'd definitely stay at this property again!

The staff were very helpful, the location is great. You can use the local Bus’s for free to get to and from the airport.

The bed was quite comfortable, but the bathroom wasn’t great. The shower head wasn’t stable & the shower only closes half way so it ended up getting water everywhere. Also wasn’t informed I had to put the key in the wall to get electricity so I had to figure that one out.

Reception were very helpful and welcoming.
However, a few of the Restaurant staff require training as customer service was slow, and how to place plates on the customer table left alot to be desired.
