"The first room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. Odd as the room had been cleaned. The reception staff immediately gave us a better room. I also found it a little weird that the hallways were so dim (?). The wall sconces were on but didn’t throw much light. "

"Shower pressure was terrible. TV didn’t work and air conditioning not only didn’t work but had warm air pumping out even when switched off. Never had any problems when staying here previously but this was an uncomfortable stay."

"The only issue I had was the room numbers going up the stairs where not correct and I did address this with the staff "

"What a lovely clean lodge, and my grandson was kept occupied with the man play areas and Lego stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be returning 💖"

"Checked in hotel as a recommendation from friends who had stayed there before. We stayed 1 night. The next morning we needed to shower and leave early and had no hot water in the shower. We had hot water in the sink basin but nothing in the shower. When we told the reception as we were checking out, he said you should have dialed 0 but the time taken to correct it wouldn’t have been possible due to having showered already and we were checking out. Hotel was going through a major renovation also with limited services."

"The room was spotlessly clean and the balcony overlooking the Thames was a treat. The breakfast in the market kitchen was delicious with plenty of food variety and fresh fruit. We relaxed in a quality spa and the pool had lanes allowing lane swimming. The location of the hotel was scenic with boats travelling up and down the River. It was a delightful stay."

"Breakfast was great and included. This is not a suitable property for those with disabilities. I was put on the third floor with no lift. Despite contacting the property and receiving what I thought was assurance of on site disabled parking, I was sent to a car park a fifteen minute walk away. "
