"The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Times Square. We arrived before published check-in time, but Adrian at the front desk allowed us to have an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean, and air conditioning worked well during what were several extremely hot days. When we checked out we were able to store our luggage, which was very helpful given that we weren't leaving NY until early evening."

"People at front desk were very helpful and nice. Location was perfect and The room was clean and property was nice. However, we got a room with a “pull out couch” and one of us planned to sleep on it… this is NOT a viable sleeping arrangement!!! You can not sleep on this. It is worn out and the most uncomfortable spot to lay on!!! Please do not be fooled by an “extra” sleeping spot. Your back and legs and hips will be extremely angry !!"

Room service is not connected to the hotel so you have to place orders (vs charge the room) which is not a big deal but if the restaurant is very busy you have to contact them yourself (they sometimes won’t pick up if they’re too busy). Overall really enjoyed our stay and will comeback again"

"Perfectly located overlooking Times Square - Very busy remember! Staff were all very helpful and plenty always on hand to assist. Our high panorama room overlooked Times Square and had an excellent view, even though there is a lot of noise outside the room was still plenty quiet. Breakfast included was a set menu choices or $35 per room and all excellent options. The bar we only used once at the end of our stay, quite expensive but excellent quality drinks. Will happily stay here again and recommend to anyone."
