"The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is accessible since it is on the tram line. But the great thing about this hotel that really sets it apart is the incredible level of service from all of the staff. I want to commend Istva in particular. Free coffee is available in the lobby area. I rarely give 10/10 ratings. But, in my estimation, this hotel really deserves it."

"Enjoyed the funky bunkbed family room, daily housekeeping like a hotel yet vast majority of housing here is for long-term students. Despite this, room and hallway in the hotel section was quiet. Laundry available but process is odd; ask at front desk. Check-in is touch screen automated but data entry a bit tedious. Good restaurant and cafe features. Short walk to major train/subway hub and Prater park. Fun place. "

"Nice hostel, right beside Westbahnhof, so easy access to Ubahns, as well as trams and buses. IKEA is right downstairs so can always visit the IKEA restaurant for some food. Rooftop terrace was amazing, with views of Vienna. Bathroom was clean and modern, and beds were comfortable. Curtains were great (on bottom bunks only!). "Great stay at a very stylish hotel, and especially convenient if you are here for work/conference at Messe Wein. Love the entry level cafe, and the room design. However, the rooms do run a little warm so perhaps ask for a fan"
