"Receptionist ( old aunty ) keep talking to her friend and ignore us when we checking in. Bed sheet and pillow case have cigarette smell , only 3 parking lot there and was away full. Overall experience still ok despite the above mentioned bad experience."

"Customer service was good as they allowed for early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. Hotel was clean and everything was in working order. The room we got was quite small, but this seems to be the standard in Singapore for this medium range price point."

Grest little place to stay

"We just needed to stay one night before our cruise was leaving. It was the perfect place with amazing bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. The room was just big enough for two. The staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay again for a short stay in Singapore. Thank you!"

"Great hotel with fab pool and very convenient for central area opposite the old colonial HQ and the conversion of the Post Office is very sympathetic. Just don't get confused with the Fullerton Bay Hotel, a short walk away but five minutes extra by taxi! Breakfast seemed an unnecessary expense as there are so many places withing easy reach."

"This is our second stay at this hotel. The venue is clean and well managed. The Deluxe room we stayed in is bigger than we expected. The bathroom is clean and big. It is close to Changi Airport ie around SIN16 by Grab to the hotel (non peak time). It is connected to Downtown East Shopping Mall undercover, and a 10min walk to a couple of hawker centers. You can take a free shuttle, or a pleasant 15min walk to Pasir Ris MRT. A second shopping mall (White Sands) is connected to the MRT. The hotel is also connected to a huge public park at the back. A real buzz in the park in the evening. Again, very happy with our stay."

"The budget hotel with 5 star service. Spent 5 nights in this hotel while exploring this wonderful city. Late check-in wasn't a problem with the 24hr front desk. Room was extremely comfortable and quite modern. Bathroom perfect with toiletries and fluffy towels. Housekeeping daily! Fresh towels and bed made, water, tea and coffee replenished. My favourite touch was the doorperson who welcomed and farewelled you everyday. What service! Location was great being 50m to Bencoolen MRT and bus stops. Would I stay here again... ABSOLUTELY!!"
