Lovely hotel with some of the most helpful staff I’ve come across in a long time. My mum misplaced a jacket while we were there, and they went out of their way to find it for us and return it. The room was beautiful and clean, and location was fantastic!

excellent stay at the Clan Hotel we had great service and the breakfast although a tad pricey was very good out on the terrace . We arrived early , our luggage was stored and showers provided as we waited for out room in early afternoon

Hotel was pleasant and very central to a lot of eateries. The popular Lau Pa Sat hawker center is just few steps away. Love the tea scent as you enter the hotel entrance. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was strong. One thing to let guests know ahead of time is to bring a reusable bottle since there's no bottled water provided. 7-11 is nearby but a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious and had western and Asian cuisine. Overall, a great stay.
