It’s beautiful, it’s grand, the staff is wonderful, there is unpretentious grandeur, there is history, there’s Tiffin, yes, there is Tiffin, there is…..I don’t know, it’s just perfect, absolutely perfect: we’re going back. And then this: we had forgotten to return our room keys at the end of our stay; on our way back through Singapore, we took a stroll through the area of the Raffles and decided to return our keys. The staff at the entrance greeted us with a smile and told us we shouldn’t have worried, that we could keep our key as a souvenir if we wished. And then he proceeded to get for us an old room key, from the days before the electronic versions: so now I have two sets of keys as souvenirs from the world’s absolute best hotel….we’re absolutely going back…

Raffles Hotel staff deliver flawless service in the most beautiful hotel. Amenities provided are high quality and everything is extremely lovely. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Including my husband who has spent approx 12 years of nights staying in hotels during the last 25 years all over the world. We have stayed at Raffles twice this year with covid restrictions limiting our travel plans. We will definitely return again!
