We have stayed here before so know the hotel well although it was 8 years since we stayed there. Everything was perfect with rooms being upgraded since our last trip. Great location just 5 mins walk from the top of Orchard Road and with an MRT station just over the road as well. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Will be staying there again on our next visit

When I first arrived I had issues with the people above me as they kept on scraping the floorboards with their suitcases/ moving furniture. Then I told the manager on duty straight away and he kindly moved me to a quieter room. I appreciate all the staff’s professional and caring nature to act immediately, knowing that the customer is always right 😊 thank u 🙏 I loved the pool area the best. Nice to swim every morning in the heated pool. Beautiful surrounding gardens
