"Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me when I arrived early, despite not having booked with early check-in! Beautiful lobby and dining area, and well decorated rooms. Connecting passage to Marina Square mall could be more accessible and inviting, looks like I'm walking through a narrow place I shouldn't be, like a staff/employee only area."

"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."
