"Where to start? Everything about the hotel was top notch. We arrived in Singapore a little disheveled from debarking our cruise ship and were dressed far too casually for how beautiful the hotel lobby is. No one made us feel out of place. The woman that checked us in treated us like royalty and every staff member we had any contact with was amazing. The room was spectacular. We didn't have a view of the MBS but it didn't matter.
