We asked for a higher floor when checking in and they really dismissed us. We ended up on the 6th floor right by the lifts which was disappointing. "

Nice view from the pool. Staff were friendly and efficient. Though they messed up during check-in and forgot to request for my signature, so I had to go back to do that."
