Stayed during the Sep 2024 Singapore F1. Great location with a shopping mall on your doorstep (Hotel is in mall :-) As such, infinite choice of food, drink and shops. It's also just a few mins away from City Hall station. Staff were very friendly and polite. Will definitely be staying again. No brainer.

I really enjoyed staying here for the week it’s a perfect location and the metro isn’t far away and it’s got the downtown line which connects everywhere I wanted to go. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore. One suggestion maybe the lockers could be a bit bigger it just about fit my small backpack but if you had a checked bag size it’s wouldn’t fit

Check in was prompt. We had booked a small room and it was that but it was fine for our one night stopover. The hotel is convenient for the MRT and close to the historical sites as well as the more modern ones. The storage of our luggage until 8.30pm was great as we had a flight at 2am. Singapore is expensive so the hotel went some way to helping our trip affordable.

We are a bit apprehensive about booking a hostel for the family but the room had everything we need. Its of course small but its Singapore so we expected that.
The breakfast is basic but coffee, tea, toast and cereal was on offer so was good.
The service was execllent and the staff were always on hand even at 1am when we checked in!
