Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room was small and it became tight with two people and all our luggage. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Only complaint was that the bar in the lobby was never open. Mr. Sng who helped us with our luggage was fantastic. Brought it down for us and stored it before going to the airport and helped us arrange airport transport.

Very nice and modern hotel. the self check in a little complicated but the staff is very helpful. We got our room in no time. The pool is nice for cool down in the hot afternoons. Hotel is actually very close to the Mrt station (direct walkway thru from the back), except Google map navigated around the block instead.

The location of this hotel is absolute top! The rooms are exactly as in the pictures, no frills, do their jobs. The bed (hard) and pillows were very comfortable. As other reviews say, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway, so bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper.

Great hotel, good value. Useful having a gym which was always quiet when I went. But breakfast was poor. Not much choice, the fruit juice was very watery and they ran out of all bread by about 8:30 one morning

Excellent location. Modern hotel. Walkable distance to Bugis Markets. Short walk to Bras Basah metro. Walkable to most attractions. Easy checking and check out. Guests need to be aware of what the box that looks like an alarm clock near bed actually does. i.e. This is the phone as well.

Waterloo is a brand new property with good clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the property is excellent. Only two things can make the experience better. The room sizes could have been slightly larger and 24 hour room service (dine in) options. Other than that it is flawless and an excellent experience every time.

The hotel is very nice, with robots providing room service, nice swimming pool and very courteous staff (Mary, Brandon, Jordan, Ibony and Sng). The hotel provides one local attraction pass for free (may be a limited time promotion).

We liked the hotel, but the room was quite small, and we had no chance to unpack our clothing or toiletries. Otherwise, the room was clean, modern, and nice.

The staff are very friendly, polite and very much willing to assist. The hotel is in great location with MRT next to it (behind the hotel). Bugis is a few blocks away and the hotel has lots of dining options within 2-5 min walk.

This hotel is in a great location, MRT literally at the end of the street. It's new and clean and has all the latest tech. This was a good and bad thing depending on the situation. Rooms are nice but very small. I didn't like that the toilet is right next to the bed seperated by frosted glass. It didn't seem private enough. The pool was nice and very quiet. We had the whole thing to ourselves for over an hour. It was the perfect hotel for a 1 night stay but for longer trips the small rooms might not work

Really well kept building and rooms. But one thing it lacked was having a cupboard? Having a few hangers is difficult when you’re sharing with your friend and have lots of outfits and stuff for the trip. It was also pretty dark even with full lights on. Staff were really kind and appreciated the proximity to stores and places to explore!
