The staff are very friendly, polite and very much willing to assist. The hotel is in great location with MRT next to it (behind the hotel). Bugis is a few blocks away and the hotel has lots of dining options within 2-5 min walk.

Waterloo is a brand new property with good clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the property is excellent. Only two things can make the experience better. The room sizes could have been slightly larger and 24 hour room service (dine in) options. Other than that it is flawless and an excellent experience every time.

Really well kept building and rooms. But one thing it lacked was having a cupboard? Having a few hangers is difficult when you’re sharing with your friend and have lots of outfits and stuff for the trip. It was also pretty dark even with full lights on. Staff were really kind and appreciated the proximity to stores and places to explore!

Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was smaller than expected with a sink next to the kettle rather than in the bathroom. This wasn't an issue due to us being out most of the time. And when we were in the room it was very comfortable. I just wanted to let anyone know who thinks the rooms might be larger than they were. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a good stay.

This is a great choice for a centrally located, convenient Singapore hotel at a good price. Rooms are small but that's Singapore - they're well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Could do with more storage for luggage and clothing in the room. The location is great. A few minutes' walk away from two MRT stations plus lots of food options nearby. About 10 mins walk to Chijmes and Raffles City Shopping Centre as well (which has lots of great food).

Safe didn't work despite us asking for it to be fixed Breakfast doesn't open until 630am Gym & pool don't open until 730am, so if you want to train early & then have a Breakfast, it will be more like brunch. If you have an early flight, forget Breakfast Keys didn't work in lift after 6 hours Good location & a new hotel so it may be teething problems but it would have been 10 out of 10 without all of the above
