Good basic hotel for your travel needs. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the airport and about 15-20 minutes to city centre via public transit.

Rioca Vienna Posto2 is nearby subway and tram station. In around 20 min from there you can reach Vienna's downtown or Vienna's airport. Staff is great. Smiling people, welcoming attitude, really always ready to help with your possible requests. Room is clean, well equipped - kitchenware available. I liked so much being accomodated there, even if was just for a night. 😊

We couldn't even check in and we waited for hours to get into the property. The hotel never sent us instructions to check in late even after we asked for this information three times. We arrived at 3 am after traveling for 12 hours with a 3 month old baby. Hotel doesn't answer the phone and we had to book another hotel at 3:15 am in the morning and paying extra can fares.

Very walkable, near transit and property was great. Comfortable bed and pillows and the estics were great. The only downside was no AC or heat from what I could see. It got quite hot here in April, I wouldn't come here in summer.

Absolutely faultless. The staff are so friendly and helpful; the rooms are beautiful, well equipped and clean; and the hotel itself is well presented and in a really nice location, only a short walk from Vienna city centre.
