"Wonderful place to stay "

"Wonderful place to stay with a tram stop right in front! Lots of cool amenities, very helpful staff, and very clean. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna!"

"Perfect across all dimensions, and at a great price."

"Very good for visiting Vienna, nice safe location, breakfast was Ok but vegetarian, welcoming information was minimal. Excellent room and bathroom, local public transport very good- would use again"

"This is an inexpensive, friendly hotel close to the 2 tram line (which goes to a lot of useful places) and to the Praterstern station. The staff was nice, and we enjoyed having the hotel restaurant available for breakfast and dinner when we didn't want to or have time to go elsewhere. The room was good, though a little rough around the edges. We had a top floor room, which had a small window but also had an air conditioner, which kept it pretty comfortable in some July heat."

"Excellent value for travelers and conference-goers. The units are fully equipped with a kitchenette, oven and everything necessary for a comfortable stay."

"Good Place , great Location ,"

"Perfect for the minimalist traveler to Vienna. Staff was especially helpful when I had my departure date wrong. Staff went out of their way to ensure smooth continuity for my extension."

"Good place to stay in Vienna for budget , the place was clean and tidy ! Clear instructions given by the property"

"there was a little room but still cool. very cozy and lovely place."

"Located next to a cool museum, but also on a busy road- traffic noise was a bit much. Close to transit and restaurants so it was very convenient. The apartment itself was so cool! It’s an old building and quite charming if you’re into that sort of thing."

"Great hotel in the center of Vienna."

"The hotel was in great location, well appointed accommodation. The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming."

"One of the best properties I have stayed"

"We requested a very early check-in after a grueling, sleepless, 17-hour train ride, & the Rafael team did everything in their power to make sure we had a bed ready to go the moment we arrived in the city. They were super friendly & accommodating, we loved the room & neighborhood. Could not have been happier with our stay."
